We are a pet-friendly community and are excited to welcome your furry friend(s) to their new apartment home.  Our pet policy allows for up to two pets, up to 70lbs each, per home, and contact the office for breed restrictions. 

There is a $250 pet fee, along with a $250 deposit due at the time of move in. Pet Rent is only $20 monthly per pet. 

Applicants must have a gross income of at least 3 times the monthly rent.

Proof of income (most recent month) is required and may include pay stubs, a new hire letter, Social Security or pension award letters, stocks/bonds documentation, or bank statements. Each adult applicant must provide a government-issued photo ID, Social Security card, and a phone number for screening and application processing.

Walk-ins are welcome, but we encourage you to schedule an appointment. You and anyone joining the tour must bring a valid photo ID.
